A long-standing commitment to sustainability
BNP Paribas REIM has a key role to play in decarbonizing the real estate sector. To strengthen the climate resilience of its portfolio, the management company is intensifying its actions in favor of more sustainable real estate and making new ambitious commitments for 2025 and beyond.
In 2021, BNP Paribas REIM launched a 2021-2025 ESG action plan focused on cutting carbon emissions, managing assets responsibly and boosting stakeholder awareness. The action plan aimed to offer 90% of funds open to subscription to investors as sustainable funds, classified as Article 8 or 9 of SFDR.
Having achieved our objectives ahead of time, in 2024, we reviewed and reinforced our ESG strategy.

BNP Paribas REIM presents “The Lighthouse H2 2024 – European Property Market Outlook”, its outlook for the European real estate market using its in-house forecasts, analysis, and the expertise of its local teams. In this nineth edition, BNP Paribas REIM defines its convictions and provides the investment strategies to adopt considering the expected macroeconomic and financial environment for the rest of 2024 and beyond.
As part of its diversification strategy, the BNP Paribas REIM business line is launching the Healthcare & Hospitality Practice, a pan-European division devoted to the healthcare and hospitality real estate segments.
