Our Specific Capabilities for Each Sector

Our ESG approach and deep expertise in European real estate enable us to understand how to best enhance each asset’s value – whatever the sector.

Healthcare

Innovative Solutions in a Growing Sector

The healthcare sector includes assets such as hospitals, clinics and nursing homes, often offering investors income from a single tenant on a long-term lease. This kind of asset typically generates income returns that are more competitive than those from mainstream real estate sectors. As the performance of these assets is unrelated to economic cycles, they provide useful portfolio diversification.

Over the last 12 years, we have brought together some 60 European investors to pursue our investment strategy in the healthcare sector, across both direct and indirect investments. During this period, we have built up a portfolio of nearly 80 establishments across Europe, operated by over 20 leading commercial or non-profit occupier groups.
