Sandra Ottemann strengthens BNP Paribas REIM Germany sales team
BNP Paribas REIM Germany (BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management Germany) has successfully expanded its sales team. Sandra Ottemann (44) joined BNP Paribas REIM as Senior Sales Manager in Munich on 1 October 2021. She will be working in Institutional Sales & Investor Relations and will be responsible for accounts with insurance companies, pension institutions, banks and savings banks.
Sandra Ottemann has years of experience in the capital and real estate markets. Before joining BNP Paribas REIM, she worked for Real I.S. AG, a subsidiary of Bayern LB, as a sales manager for real estate funds and club deals. Prior to that, she was employed as a securities specialist at the international KBC Group based in Belgium. The sales expert holds a degree as a Certified Real Estate Analyst from the IREBS International Real Estate Business School. She also completed the Creating Excellence Program offered by Real I.S. and the European Business School.
Growth trend to continue in institutional client segment

The European Impact Property Fund, which was launched in 2020, focuses on sustainability and follows a best-in-progress approach with the goal of reducing the carbon emissions of its assets by 40% over a period of 10 years. Management processes for the Wachstumsstädte Deutschland residential fund also take ESG criteria into account. BNP Paribas REIM’s Real Value Fund, which was launched in 2015, is another popular managed-to-core offer that taps actual property values and caters to investors looking for higher returns.
BNP Paribas REIM currently advises more than 220 institutional investors and offers club deal investment solutions as well as a number of specialised portfolio and thematic funds. “We see further growth potential for our entire product range in the institutional client segment.
