Located near Paris, at Montigny-Le-Bretonneux, the building was delivered early 2017 with a lettable area of approx. 14,000 sqm; it can accommodate 850 employees and provides 500 car parking spaces and a company restaurant of 300 seats. The campus, called "Hajimé" is fully let to Nissan for its Central office in Europe.
The asset was sold via a share deal to the OPCI K Montigny, managed by BNP Paribas REIM France on behalf of a Middle Eastern private investor.
