The Olayan Group appoints BNPP REIM as asset manager of their Paris Portfolio

The Olayan Group has granted this asset management mandate to BNP Paribas REIM France starting September 1^st 2021. BNP Paribas REIM France will continue to be the management company of the OPCI indirectly holding the assets.

In 2014, The Olayan Group acquired the “Paris Etoile Portfolio” from Risanamento, which is now composed of 8 trophy assets located in the heart of Paris’ Golden Triangle.

These assets total an area of around 74.500 sqm, mainly composed of offices, residential units and retail spaces, including 50 Montaigne, with completion of the sizable redevelopment expected in 2022.
